This website is a project quoting service. Your issued quote provides the specific commercial terms for your order.
Requesting a quote
You can submit an equipment list and request a quote without an account. Adding hardware to a cart or submitting a request does not place an order, reserve inventory, or charge a payment method. We email you when your equipment review is ready. A verified account with access to the request is required to review proposed products, answer questions and confirm the equipment. Confirmation requests pricing; it does not accept an order. A separate priced quote confirms manufacturer variants, quantities, delivery estimates, shipping charges, applicable taxes, validity and payment terms.
Payment and fulfillment
A verified customer account with access to the quote is required to accept it and proceed with a purchase. Payments are requested through an external payment-provider link after quote acceptance and invoice preparation. MSP Lighthouse does not collect card numbers on this website. Supplier orders are released after payment is verified and procurement details are confirmed. A changed quote may require a replacement payment link; contact us before paying an older link.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Shipping methods, split shipments, backorders, cancellation eligibility, returns, restocking charges, and warranty handling depend on the equipment and supplier. These must be confirmed in the issued quote before you pay. Contact the quote desk for instructions before shipping a return or cancelling a supplier order. No blanket free-return or guaranteed-delivery promise is made by a catalog listing.
Information used for your project
We collect the contact, company, delivery, and equipment information you submit so we can prepare quotes, communicate about the project, process accepted orders, and maintain transaction records. Necessary delivery information may be shared with a supplier or carrier to fulfill an order. Payment providers handle their own payment information.
Browser storage and secure links
Your quote cart and unsaved builder work stay in your browser on this device. An account lets you save project versions and track its quotes across devices. Signing in does not automatically save every browser cart or plan. Sign-in and private quote access use browser storage for authentication. Equipment-review email links require sign-in to an authorized account. Existing private links to ordinary priced quotes remain readable without signing in, but accepting a quote requires an authorized account. Share private links only with people authorized to review your project. Company quote actions retain their team permissions. No advertising tracker is included in this website.
Records and your questions
Quote and order records are kept for project service, transaction administration, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Email quotes@msplighthouse.com to ask about your information, correct a request, or request removal where records are no longer required.
Manufacturer information
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer images may show a model family or a single unit; your quoted SKU, finish, and pack quantity determine what is supplied. Listing a brand does not represent an authorized-dealer endorsement.
