This website is a project quoting service. Your issued quote provides the specific commercial terms for your order.
Requesting a quote
Adding hardware to a cart or submitting a request does not place an order, reserve inventory, or charge a payment method. Prices, exact manufacturer variants, quantities, delivery estimates, shipping charges, applicable taxes, validity, and payment terms are confirmed in your quote.
Payment and fulfillment
Payments are requested through an external payment-provider link after quote acceptance. MSP Lighthouse does not collect card numbers on this website. Supplier orders are released after payment is verified and procurement details are confirmed. A changed quote may require a replacement payment link; contact us before paying an older link.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Shipping methods, split shipments, backorders, cancellation eligibility, returns, restocking charges, and warranty handling depend on the equipment and supplier. These must be confirmed in the issued quote before you pay. Contact the quote desk for instructions before shipping a return or cancelling a supplier order. No blanket free-return or guaranteed-delivery promise is made by a catalog listing.
Information used for your project
We collect the contact, company, delivery, and equipment information you submit so we can prepare quotes, communicate about the project, process accepted orders, and maintain transaction records. Necessary delivery information may be shared with a supplier or carrier to fulfill an order. Payment providers handle their own payment information.
Browser storage and secure links
Your quote cart is saved in your browser on this device. Staff sign-in and customer quote access use browser session storage for authentication. Quote emails contain private access links; share them only with people authorized to review your project. No advertising tracker is included in this website.
Records and your questions
Quote and order records are kept for project service, transaction administration, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Email mk@msplighthouse.com to ask about your information, correct a request, or request removal where records are no longer required.
Manufacturer information
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer images may show a model family or a single unit; your quoted SKU, finish, and pack quantity determine what is supplied. Listing a brand does not represent an authorized-dealer endorsement.
