How to order
Send your equipment list without creating an account. We’ll email you when it’s ready to review. Sign in to confirm the equipment, then review a separate priced quote. Requesting a quote is free and does not place an order.
Choose your hardware
Shop the catalog, paste your own equipment list into the quote cart, or use the Project builder. Your list can include only unlisted items. Add model numbers and quantities where you know them.
Request your quote
Enter your name, email, business or household name, delivery address, and any project notes. No account is needed. Already have one? Sign in if you’d like to use your saved details and keep the request in your account.
Review and confirm your equipment
Follow the email link and sign in or create a verified account with the recipient email. Review the proposed equipment, answer any questions and request changes. When the list is right, confirm it to request pricing. This does not place an order. Company requests remain available only to authorized team members.
Accept your priced quote when you’re ready
Your separate quote shows equipment prices, shipping, tax, delivery details and terms. Review it and request changes or accept it from an account authorized to purchase. After acceptance and invoice preparation, we email a payment link. The payment provider handles card details; supplier orders follow verified payment.
Track your order
Your account keeps your quotes and orders together. The quote page shows recorded order and shipment updates. Orders from multiple suppliers may ship separately; each shipment is tracked there.
